Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy outlines acceptable use of Skunky Bear Software LLC products and services, including SMB Manager (hosted instances) and associated services. Self-hosted products (Moneymanager, self-hosted SMB Manager) operate on your infrastructure and are governed by your own policies.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our hosted services to:

• — Violate any applicable law or regulation
• — Transmit malware, spam, or malicious content
• — Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• — Interfere with the availability or performance of our services
• — Store or process data in violation of applicable data protection laws
• — Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written consent

3. Resource Limits

Hosted services are subject to reasonable use limits. If your usage significantly exceeds normal patterns, we will contact you to discuss options before taking any action.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of service. Except in cases of immediate threat, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure before taking action.
