Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using any product or service provided by Skunky Bear Software LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

SMB Manager: A business CRM platform available as a hosted service or for self-hosted deployment. Hosted instances are maintained by us; self-hosted instances are your responsibility to operate and secure.

Moneymanager: A household bill tracking application provided for self-hosted deployment. We provide the software; you provide the server and are responsible for your data.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment

Payment terms are established at the time of purchase. Hosted services are billed as agreed upon in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service after written notice.

5. Your Data

Hosted services: You retain ownership of all data you enter into our hosted services. We will not access your data except to provide the service, troubleshoot at your request, or comply with law.

Self-hosted: Data entered into self-hosted instances never reaches our servers. You are solely responsible for backups and data integrity.

6. Acceptable Use

Use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend service for violations after reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skunky Bear Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination of hosted services, we will provide a data export within 30 days of request.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers at least 30 days before taking effect.
