Calendar month grid — bills by status

What it does

Recurring bills that track themselves

Create a bill once with its recurrence rule, and the scheduler generates occurrences three months out. Status advances automatically: upcoming, due, grace period, late, behind.

  • Recurrence rules with autopay flags and grace periods
  • Status progresses automatically as due dates pass

Payments and receipts in one place

Apply a payment to any bill, attach a receipt, and the balance recalculates. Edit after the fact — amount, date, method, confirmation number, notes.

  • Payments applied to occurrences, one-time bills, or debts
  • Receipt upload with file storage

Debt tracking with a running balance

Credit cards, loans, medical bills — each gets a debt type on its bill series with a running balance. One view shows what you owe and how it's moving.

  • Debt types: credit card, loan, medical, other
  • Running balance recalculated on every payment

Income sources and accounts

Track where money comes from, not just where it goes. Income sources have their own recurrence and generated occurrences. Bank and card accounts are referenced by payments.
